Control
The Tunze Eco Chic 8821.00 can be controlled through a simple timer, or any other method that regulates the power source of the light in a on/off method.
Mounting
The modern magnetic mounting system securely holds the light from the center of the fixture or the cable end making it perfect for a sump-based refugium. The aquarium safe magnets will work on glass or acrylic up to 3/8" thick. The long power cable gives you enough distance to put the light where ever you desire, and the power supply in a dry location.
