Sulfur Reef Minerals has been developed with the aim of rapidly replenishing deficiencies and sudden drops in Sulfur in seawater.

What Does Sulfur Do in a Reef Aquarium?

Sulfur plays a role in the nutrition of zooxanthellae and can intensify coral coloration.

Dosing Instructions: Adding 10 ml of Sulfur Reef Minerals increases the Sulfur level by 4 ppm in a 100L (26 Gallon) marine aquarium.

Use within 3 months after opening. Shake well before use. Store in a cool and dry place, in the original packaging, at a temperature of 41°F to 86°F (5°C to 30°C). Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Products are intended for use in marine aquariums only. Keep out of reach of children.

Recommended Sulfur Level: 850-950 ppm

Maximum Safe Daily Dose: 25 ml per 100 liters of water

Important Note: Dose sulfur in small increments throughout the day rather than all at once. For example, divide the total recommended dose into four smaller doses. Do not dose the maxiumum safe daily dose all at once.

If a significant sulfur deficiency is detected (exceeding half of the maximum daily dose), it’s advisable to dilute the product with RO water at a 1:1 ratio before dosing. This approach can help ensure gradual parameter adjustments and minimize sudden changes in the tank.
