Try Red Sea Reef Energy in the convenient combo pack. Reef Energy A and Reef Energy B is a two part system that provides energy, amino acids and vitamins to aid in the growth and coloration or your corals.

  • 100 mL bottle of Red Sea Reef Energy A (Carbs Nutrition)
  • Red Sea Reef Energy A contains a formula of carbohydrates, amino acids, fatty acids and proteins.
  • 100 mL bottle of Red Sea Reef Energy B (Aminovit Nutrition)
  • Red Sea Reef Energy B contains a highly concentrated complex of vitamins and amino acids.

Red Sea Reef Energy Dosing Recommendations*:

  • Soft Corals Tank - 1 mL/25 gallons
  • LPS Tank - 2 mL/25 gallons
  • SPS - accelerated growth/mature tank - 2 mL/25 gallons
  • SPS - enhanced colors (low nutrient) tank - 4 mL/25 gallons

Calculate the total water volume of your system (aquarium and sump minus live rock, etc.). Mix Reef Energy A and B together directly for dosing.

*These doses are recommended starting points based on a well-stocked tank. Adjustments may need to be made. Be sure to monitor the appearance of your corals for signs of overdosing - fluctuations in nitrate and phosphate levels as well as the development of bio-film on rocks or an algae breakout are signs that adjustments may need to be made. Follow manufacturer's instructions.

Refrigerate after opening.

Product Questions

Can I continue to run the skimmer while dosing the A & B parts or is it best to turn it off for a while?
Question by: John DiNovo on Mar 17, 2019, 7:25 PM
Thanks for contacting BRS!
When dosing this product the manufacturer recommends turning off the protein skimmer and to leave it off for 15-30 minutes after dosing. Have a great day!

i'm thinking of putting this on a dosing pump, but it says it should be refrigerated after opening ?
Question by: michal makarewicz on Mar 23, 2018, 8:47 PM
We recommend leaving only enough in the dosing reservoir to supply 1-2 weeks worth. Keep the bottle refrigerated and top off the reservoir as needed. Have a great day :)

Is the 5000 ml come in liquid form too in all Red Sea products
Question by: Osvaldo Leon on Jan 15, 2018, 10:07 PM
Red Sea does supply all of their additives in bulk sizing, but we do not carry all of them to ensure we keep fresh products on our shelf. We do have free shipping so we would suggest purchasing enough for a few month supply and then restocking as necessary to make sure your supply stays fresh as well.

Hello,
I just opened the reef energy AB and the B bottle smells like rotten eggs. Is it supposed to smell like this or did it go bad?
Thanks
Question by: Jason Frazier on Nov 24, 2017, 11:12 AM
That is a great question, and neither of the two supplements should smell like rotten eggs. If you could give us a call at 763-432-9691 ext 1 we can take a look at the issue if it was purchased from us recently.

How often should this be put into the tank for feeding? Daily, weekly, twice a week, etc.?
Question by: Derek Meline on May 12, 2017, 4:07 PM
Hey there,
For best stability and maximum results, it's recommended to dose this supplement on a daily basis.

Happy reefing!
Answer by: Zack on May 15, 2017, 10:45 AM
I've been wondering if there is a best time of day/night to feed the tank this and similar types of food. I once was told at a LFS it's best just before lights out, but no one seems to mention it in the instructions. Maybe that's more so for larger food sources like zoo plankton. Any thoughts?
Question by: David on Apr 8, 2016, 12:57 PM
Great question!
Overall corals will get used to a regular time to be willing to feed. These to not need a particular time however most corals in the wild will open for feeding often just before sun down. Once your corals are sensing the food however they will be ready to eat a short while later. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions!
