External (HOB)
Hang on Back overflows allow you to plumb your display tank to a sump or other filtration systems, without having to drill any holes in your aquarium. Using a siphon principal, external overflows will bring the water up and over the edge of your tank, before it travels down to your sump. Since the water is being pulled above your aquariums rim, we highly recommend water on floor sensors and a constantly running pump to ensure air does not build up in the overflow and stopping the siphon.
