Stem side slides into standard push connect fittings. Barb side is designed for flexible tubing like nylon or clear pvc.

Would this fit the tubing lines on the Neptune DOS. I know they have a slightly different dimensions.

Unfortunately there is not a way to fit the mur-lok stem to the DOS as they are metric fittings. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions!

Will the air line tubing ozone safe- python that you guys sell fit over the barbed end?

Great question!
The Python tubing is 3/16 ID and will not fit without a lot of work. We recommend 1/4" Inside diameter. I have included the flexelene tubing link below!
