Hello I'm trying to find out how high above the top of a tank when mounted these are? I saw it said 12" clearance but not sure if that's the measurement about tank or total height of the arm. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Bulk Reef Supply! The 12" clearance it mentioned is what the unit itself needs to fit on the tank. The actual light source should be roughly 10" off the water line once mounted on the unit. I hope this is helpful!

I have these with two Radion XR15's. I want to add T5's would these brackets hold the 36" Hybrid T5HO 4x39W Fixture with LED Mounting System - Aquatic Life??

Hey there,
I'm afraid that this tank mount would not likely work with the hybrid fixture. The mounting height and reach of this arm is not likely sufficient to clear the fixture, and in addition the extra weight is probably more than these mounts are designed to support. There is also the issue of the added strain on the rim of the tank if it were forced to support that added weight. I would seek to suspend this fixture either from the ceiling, wall, or aquarium stand, and avoid mounting to the rim.

The RMS tank mounts can be expanded to clamp onto a rim up to about 2" thick.

Great question! The spacer is expandable and will be able to clip around the edge of that tank, with the hood removed! :- )

Great question! They are not interchangeable. You will need the XR15 mount with the XR15 light and the XR30 mount with the XR30 light. :-)
