Rainford's Goby Grazing in Hair Algae
Rainford's Goby, sometimes referred to as The Court Jester Goby or Old Glory, is a small, peaceful fish that can be a great addition to a fish-only or reef aquarium.
This delightful species is colorful and easy to keep in saltwater aquariums 10 gallons or larger. Rainford's Gobies are often seen sifting sand to find worms and other small creatures to munch on. They are also well known in the aquarium hobby for being great hair algae grazers.
Rainford's Goby is a hardy omnivore that likes to eat filamentous algae, brine & mysis shrimp and other meaty treats. They can also be bred in captivity in the right conditions.
