Notes from the owner
I love the small footprint and shape of the tank. When aquascaped in the right way, the tank can appear much larger than it really is. The all-in-one filtration is perfect for my lifestyle and the low iron glass is a bonus for taking photos and impressing my friends. Having a small tank is great because I can easily overcome most any water chemistry problem with substantial water changes. Having a total system volume of only 25 gallons makes it easy to perform a 50% or more water change and get the parameters back on track.
This small water volume also means the parameters will fall out of range quite quickly when compared to larger aquariums. The AIO filtration has posed some challenges too because you don't have much room for additional equipment and finding a quality protein skimmer to fit into this tank is difficult.
