Dimensions & Specs

The Kessil A360X Tuna Sun is a 90W LED Pendant that emits light in a 130-degree cone. This fixture provides coverage over a 24” x 24” area and measures only 4.3” wide and 2.1” tall. 

Mounting Options

The A360X includes triangular clips and screw hooks as well as a key ring that would allow you to mount the fixture inside of a hood or create your own DIY hanging solution. If you prefer your LED to be mounted to an arm or tank mount, there are a couple of options. Kessil’s Flexible Gooseneck as well as the A-Series Mounting Arm both provide adjustability options for you to position the light over the tank just how you want it.

The Spread & Optional Reflectors

When mounting this fixture 8 inches above your water level, you can expect even coverage across a 24” x 24” footprint. If you have a deep aquarium or you just need to mount your light higher than 8 inches then, there are two optional reflectors including a 35 and a 55-degree reflector that can suit your needs. These reflectors will clip onto your light magnetically and will immediately impact the spread and depth at which your light can penetrate.

Spectrum

The spectrum of this LED fixture ranges from 6,000K to 9,000K and it has Kessil Logic built into it. This means that no matter what color and intensity you select, you will be providing your plants or algae with the ideal spectrum for health and growth.

Controllability

The Kessil A360X is wifi controllable through the purchase of Kessil’s Wifi Dongle. Once paired, you can control the light through Kessil’s smartphone application. Within the app, you can create custom light schedules with ramp-up and ramp-down while using features like the moonlight and acclimation modes. You can also adjust your lights spectrum by increasing or decreasing the built-in Red & Amber LEDs. One of the benefits of having the Wifi Dongle separate is that you won’t need to purchase more than one if you have multiple fixtures. This means that the wifi controllability won’t need to be built into the fixture itself and it will therefore save you money if you have more than one light.
