It's easy to overlook the convenient design details with something like an ATO reservoir but Innovative Marine Hydrofill has taken the act of water storage to a whole new level. The bulk of the container is made of glass which gives it a premium look and feel; as far as we know the Hydrofill is the only commercially available glass ATO reservoir on the market.

Its unique design was built for installation under tank stands or inside cabinets where refilling the reservoir can pose a challenge. The black acrylic drawer at the top slides out so you can conveniently fill the reservoir using a pitcher or tube without having to move the entire container.

The refill is mess-free and you won't have to break your back lugging around cumbersome, heavy jugs of water. The drawer has a clever stopper screw that threads in from the top to prevent the drawer from sliding out too far or falling out during a refill. You also get the benefit of an easy-to-see water level indicator that is bright enough to view even in lower light conditions.

The Hydrofill reservoirs are available in two different sizes; the smaller 5-gallon reservoir is great for tanks up to +/- 75 gallons while the larger 15-gallon reservoir works best on larger aquariums. The tall slender shape of the reservoirs makes them easy to install where space is limited and there are four plastic feet on the bottom to prevent damage to the glass when set on hard surfaces.

Access to the reservoir for cleaning and pump installation is easy by just removing the drawer completely. IHydrofill Reservoirs are compatible with any ATO system and there is roughly a 1" wide gap behind the drawer to allow for cords and tubing to pass through into the reservoir.
