Innovative Marine's NUVO Fusion series aquariums are most certainly the flagship AIO aquarium from this trusted aquarium manufacturer. They boast a clean aesthetic and have some really "innovative" features that are unique to these stylish all-in-one aquariums. The 40 NUVO Fusion Pro 2 is one of the most popular sizes because it is large enough to not feel restricted with your reef aquarium livestock yet small enough to still fit onto a sturdy piece of furniture and not be overwhelming in terms of both cost and required maintenance.

All of the NUVO Fusion Pro 2 aquariums are sold as a bundle that includes the return pump, filter media with basket, filter sock, adjustable return nozzles, and water level risers. That means you also gain the convenience of having all of the critical components of your tank right inside the box. Simply add your rock, sand, and a heater to finish out the aquarium and you will be ready for the water.

40 NUVO Fusion Pro 2 Features

The 40 NUVO tanks are built with 8mm, low iron glass that has beveled and polished edges on all of the panels. The ultra-clear panels are then adhered together using black silicone with clean lines that create that professional look and feel. There is also a pre-installed foam leveling mat on the bottom panel which helps relieve any pressure spots that might get created.

The AIO filtration is built right into the back of the aquarium and features two surface overflows on the left and right sides of the aquarium. The filter wall also features an overflow protection cut-out which prevents the water level from rising and spilling onto the floor in the event the surface overflows become clogged. The roomy filtration consists of dedicated chambers for a filter sock, CustomCaddy Media Basket, 2x heaters, and a return pump. There is more than enough room to further customize that filtration with additional hang-on equipment or a refugium conversion as well.

The stands are available in either a black or white finish and have a very contemporary appearance that compliments the sleek aquarium. The stands are strong and constructed using aluminum profiles with acrylic and ABS plastic panels. Best of all, you can assemble the stand in under an hour and everything you need, including the tools, are right inside the box.
