Aqua Ultraviolet

Not every saltwater aquarium requires a UV Sterilizer, however almost every saltwater aquarium could use one! UV Sterilizers utilize a special light bulb that emits UV wavelengths of light, that can destroy unwanted algae, cysts, bacteria, and other pathogens. Aqua Ultraviolet UV sterilizers were designed for saltwater aquariums and can be added to almost any reef tank with very little additional plumbing and equipment. We really like the construction and size of the Aqua UV sterilizers, their properly sized body allows for ample contact time for the UV light to penetrate the water inside the sterilizer but also includes easy to use fittings and unions making maintenance quick and simple.
