How high does it sit out of the FIJI 20 sump how much clearance do I need

I would say you need at least 6.5 inches of clearance. The is giving a small amount of wiggle room so you can change the fleece rolls a little easier.

Yes, you just remove the screws holding in the media basket and slide in the ARF-20
