Are they actually accurate? Most people say they are wildly inaccurate.

Thank you for your question. Test strips have a tendency to have a wide range and are hard to read. They also loose accuracy once the package has been opened. I like using test strips to monitor nitrate and nitrite and to get a really fast reading instead of having to run a test that can take 5-10 minutes to perform.
