Instructions for Use
- Use 1mL per 3 liters of RO, deionized, or distilled water to raise KH by 2 and GH by 4
- Shake well before use
- Mix with water prior to additng to aquarium

Is this for saltwater tanks af remineralyzer?

I do not think you would want to use it in saltwater, as it's intended purpose is for a freshwater tank.
