To create a living work of art, you need to start with the right aquarium.

Internal overflow aquariums offer a specific advantage to folks who want to plumb their display to a sump but need to minimize the space required behind the aquarium. By having the drains plumbed through the bottom, the drain and return plumbing can run straight down to the sump with no extra twists or turns and the tank can be mounted close to the wall without sacrificing too much room inside of the aquarium.

Features:

  • Ultra-clear low iron glass
  • Beveled edges
  • Black silicone
  • Rimless design
  • Slim profile internal overflow with lid
  • Removable black film on back glass
  • Mid-tank overflow features top, middle & bottom weir design for efficient removal of debris
  • Dual return jet kit included
  • Heavy-duty multi-layer plywood cabinet stand with leveling feet

Fiji Cube shows real attention to detail in their aquariums, including features that any hobbyist can appreciate. They use extra thick low-iron glass for their aquariums, and bevel the edges for a clean, classy look. The attractive and unique design of the Fiji Cube internal overflow design stands out for its minimal impact to the space within the display, leaving you free to create a beautiful aquascape.

Product Questions

How does the overflow on this tank work? There appears to be flow openings in the middle of the tank's overflow. During a power outage or return pump failure, wouldn't the tank drain all the way down to the middle of the tank?
Question by: Tom Weber on Feb 2, 2023, 5:01 PM
Inside of the overflow box there will be tall standpipes that go up much further than those lower weir teeth. The height of these stand pipes will determine how low the tank will drain when turning off the return pump.

Thanks for the question! This is a herbie style overflow. There is a primary drain as well as an emergency drain. The water level will drain to the level of the primary. Your display will have water to the overflow level most likely depending on water levels you put in the tank
