I have this tank and I have tried both the IM desktop ghost and the Reefglass skimmer with bad results. Do you sell any other skimmers that will fit in the filtration area behind the tank?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Due to the small footprint there isn't any other skimmer we would recommend for the IM 20. If looking for nutrient removal we would recommend the ChaetoMax refugium light and provided a link below. For installation we would recommend cutting the black backing and Velcro into place to avoid minimal light spill and best contact. If you have any further questions please let us know. Take care!

What are the dimensions of the rear compartment? I am trying to figure out if the skimmer I currently have (reef octopus ns-80 will fit which is 4"x2.4") will fit the nuvo 20. Having trouble finding them..thank you.

The back compartment is 3.75" x 2.5" in the skimmer compartment We find for best placement the tank is the Desktop ghost skimmer by IM. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions!

This will not included a heater, we recommend between 2.5-5 watts per gallon.

The tank will come with standard media holders for the sponge filter and the return pump. Other components such as pump and heaters will be needed. We do sell starter kits which will include most all the items you will need. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions!
