Product Questions

Im interested in this pump but Im curious as to why the outlet is skewed off to the side instead of straight up and down...

Thanks
Question by: erick on Feb 10, 2017, 9:21 PM
Hey there! The position of the outlet is set in that orientation by the manufacturer, but it does not have to be used in that position. The great thing about this pump impeller housing is that it can be rotated to meet your needs! All you have to do is unscrew the housing retaining screws, rotate the housing to your desired direction, then screw it back on. :-)

is pump good for a 90 gallon tank

Hi Owen,
Assuming your not pumping some sort of unusually large distance (like up from a basement) then this would be a great choice and a pretty typical flow rate for a pump on a 90g tank.
